High Velocity Change

------------------------------------------------------------------

...surrendering to change does the most to eliminate stress; creating opportunity for breakthrough rather than breakdown.  It's strength becomes ours. ..instead of seeing it as an adversary.. align with it, use it, allow it to become your greatest ally.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Change is heavy duty stuff. Not the sort of challenge you take on simply because it sounds good, or because it's the "in" thing to do. We do it because what worked isn't anymore, or that we want to shift to another level, embrace another level... or if smart enough, we do it before we have to, knowing we must to maintain a competitive edge, a relationship, a career, a home.

Most don't have the foresight to shift before their world forces it upon them. Some start, but lose determination along the way, while others dabble in so much that they lose track of their destiny.

Change, shifts, overhauls, cultural transformations can't be done without some pain, chaos, and uncomfortableness. Shifting correctly, the payoff is worth the price of admission.

Follow the guidelines given here, and you can achieve dramatic shifts in record time. It just might be the best way for you to protect your future.

1) You'll have trouble creating the "new" if you insist on doing it in ways consistent with the "old". The "old" rules are probably part of the problem. Defy tradition. Disregard norms. Let go of relics of an antiquated "way". Be alien to the status quo.

2) Focus on the Future. Analyzing your present is like going to history class, when you could learn more from studying the future.

3) Deliberately Destabilize. Hit with enough shock effect to immobilize the “old” at least temporarily.

4) Care Harder. Care enough to take yourself through the tough, unpopular so it can excel. Trying not to disturb can be the cruelest move of all.

5) Set Higher Standards. Raise the bar; focus on higher octane energy than resistance to change.

6) Measure, Reward. Celebrate results, spotlight poor and expose.

7) Change needs to be a cause, a crusade, and your job is to champion the vision.

8) Simplify. Get rid of worn out rules, free yourself.

9) Crank up communication with yourself, with others. Standard communication simply won’t cut it.

10) Expect Casualties.

11) Demonstrate Unwavering Commitment. Be dead serious to see it through.

12) Involve Everyone. Insist on involvement.

13) Be a Living Example. Consider yourself on display.

14) Build Momentum. Hard results talk louder than words or intangibles.

15) Create a “new” breed, a new culture.

16) Lose the uncommitted. People who are uncommitted don’t strengthen you.

17) You cannot achieve change without the influence of deviant, rebel, radical, revolutionary, howling, eccentricity.

18) Orient, Educate, Train.

19) Go ALL Out. Leave skid marks.

Start out throwing gravel, don’t even think about usual  or quiting.
When you get to the other end of “change” you’ll look back and say you should have done it faster.
Manifesting the next three weeks will take some 1) asking  2) believing that the answers are on their way, and 3) allowing yourself to be open to receive.
see you in session.
change smart.

NO CEILINGS

                                        ….we have no ceiling.

All the good that we would ever want is already here; all we have to do is tap into it. Our real work is to decide on what we really want and then focus upon it. For it is through “focusing” upon what we really want is what will attract it.

The most powerful law of the universe is The Law of Attraction.  It's always working whether we believe it or not. It will give us anything we want. And when we do it with a lot of passion, it always happens faster. When we draw from the infinite, we can never take more than our share.  See, our thoughts become things, and we will never attract into our life something that is not in harmony with us already.

The unique, the special, the extraordinary understand it, they don't "get it" for they "let it". They understand what we visualize then materializes. What we ask for, place an order for is on it's way; all we have to be is ready to receive, ready to get in alignment with our inner guidance system of attracting, visualizing, creating, thanking... shifting from what we don't want to what we want. And as we begin to get the hang of this, those that are watching from a distance will do so in amazement.

You see, we are all artist's of our own life masterpiece; the David we are sculpting is us, crafting and attracting like-energy and diffusing or eliminating blockages that stop us from being your best self. Abundance, a long healthy life, love, being happy is our birthright.

All we have to do is open our eyes, open our hearts, and feel for what we think and what we feel and what manifests is always a match…. for whatever we are feeling is a perfect reflection of what is in the process of becoming.

So if you want more, better, healthier, healing, love, cash, possessions, a business expansion, a movie deal, to build or create a charity make up your mind right now that you’re going to build that image of what you want, that you’re going to hold onto that image, and that you’re going to stay in that energy and daily until it’s manifested.

Most of us never allowed ourselves to want what we really wanted. You see, all we have to do is get clear, to decide what it is that we really want, and then focus upon it… the universe will then re-arrange what ever it needs to deliver it to us.

We don’t need to know how, it will be shown to us, we’ll attract it….

Manifest, attract whatever you want in the next three weeks, the two hour indoor tour is ours to manifest from. Do not come to class unconscious, sleep walking, taking for granted, goal-less or clue-less. You can literally walk out in three weeks different than you walked in. If you decide.

Jojo has decided. In our work this week, Jojo handed me an envelope, in it are all the things that she will manifest in the next three weeks during the indoor tour; this envelope will be opened at the end of the tour by both of us to see how she did with her manifesting process...  ...i'm accepting envelopes, starting tonight, and collected throughout, privately held by me as a key master and/or to be confidentially discussed with you at the end of the tour if you choose...  the TOUR HAS BEGUN !

PART DEUX

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

...triumph, in the right amount, is the greatest tonic to the soul.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When we train, we learn.  There is something boring about one who has never done anything with book learning. Indeed, that person's knowledge is quite limited. We learn so much more by doing, by being. Testing oneself against the limitations of material, time, and skill is critical to self-development.

It is important to do the type of training that leads not simply to production, but to skill, to personal development. In other word's, the most important type of training is the kind that results from one's life experiences, one's choices, not from societal or economic pressures. When we train as part of life it leaves a profound residue in our personality, in many areas of our life. It produces an attitude of confidence, accomplishment, of wisdom impossible to obtain in any other way.

The ancients recognized this phenomenon so clearly that ones passion for training came to signify skill. The kind of training one does: farm, art, digital, spiritual, or any other is not so important. What is important is that one perform's one's training at it's most profound level.

In olden times, people would say that a craftsperson who had achieved great skill had realized the Tao of that art form. And once one had realized that, the whole was not so far away.

A first at revolution in our ten year history... we're announcing the indoor tour, part deux: The Edge...

   ........no rules. infinite possibilities.

THE "B" SAMPLES ARE BACK...

Friday August 3, 2006

CHATENAY-MALABRY, France - Testing began last Thursday on The Indoor Tour de France '06 winners backup doping samples, with all their lawyers reiterating that they expect the results to confirm the original positive findings:

...elevated passion and desire levels.

David Cowan, director of the Drug Control Center at King's College in London, said the carbon isotope ratio test, the one used on the indoor tour "is the most definitive measure we have at this time."

"He's pretty sure we will be able to prove, if these results are confirmed, that they are due to natural causes, to natural reactions of their bodies, either (normally) or in the circumstances that they were in on those particular final stages."

Rumors had swirled when leaks began to surface the past week that yellow jersey winner, Kathy Beres, was under the influence of either something from her horse's fuel supply, newfound vision for herself, something from her horse's massage therapist lotion inventory, or the three bottles of jack daniels found near her car on the way into the three hour.

With the "a" samples suspect... the International Olympic Committee's lab in Chatenay-Malabry went to the backup "b" samples.

International Cycling Union president Pat Mcdonald has just released the findings:

1) while her horse's recent podium and ribbon successes have been impressive,  nothing was found in kathy's blood that is found in her horses.

2) have you ever smelled the trainers massage lotion? We would have known in the studio on the three hour if kathy was "on" it.

3) while the three bottles of jack daniels may have elevated her testosterone like floyd's, kathy hasn't had a drop of jack daniels, EVER in her life...must have been the neighbor's party leftovers in santa monica.

4) major, very elevated levels of vision, desire, and consistancy was found all around her on every stage during the three weeks... so much so that the "b" sample came back with clarity.

Kathy won, as did all the consistant riders, because she/they appilied themselves like never before in an environment that made it possible... with that said...

"...we congardulate kathy and all the jersey winners and riders of the "06 indoor tour."

Well then.... there you have it.

You are all winners... have again motivated me beyond the beyond..

I thank you for allowing me to do what i love.

till next year...
